Good afternoon everyone.

Well recently I bought a new laptop (used to have XP now I have vista incase that helps) I installed my Sonicstage onto it opened it and it had no problem uploading the songs playing it. After I plugged in my NW-A1200 onto my laptop there was no problem but once I shut off or restarted the comp. it said "SonicStage (00000908-7742) The selected music file cannot be played back b/c the system info. has been changed. Click OK to automatically close Sonicstage and open the Sonicstage system info. restore tool error 00004e2e" I did that and nothing happened it still said error I restarted the comp. and it was still there. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program it went away then when I opened sonic stage it asked me to register the comp so I can upload songs I did that as well. After I shut off the computer the same thing happened again. I have sonicstage 4.0 if that helps as well oh and I tried tuneup too and it didn't help. Can anyone help me? please!

Vista = Sonicstage 4.3

Reinstall with that, but maybe you will need to clean your registry of previous traces of the program. Maybe just format your computer again since its new and start over this time with 4.3.

ok I'll try it do I dl 4.3 on the website? ok got it thank you it worked but the only thing is I have to delete the songs in order to use it no big thanks :).
