Error 0000662e

I'm so hoping that someone can help me. I've just bought a NW-003F. Installed Sonicstage (version 3.4, can't figure out how to update it). Transferred songs to Sonicstage, but everything falls apart when I try and transfer them to the player.

When I start it says I have 969MB of free memory - the transfer looks like it's starting but then I get an error message saying "these tracks cannot be transferred" - it lists every track I have tried to put on the player! If I try and transfer again I get another message saying tracks cannot be transferred because the memory of the device /media is full. If I click on the Media/device info it says "Used space 0.0KB, Free space 0.0KB.

I have reset factory settings on the player plus formatted the player - nothing works. If I go to Controls - then device/media and do delete all tracks I get "Initialization of media failed" - error code 0000662e. Itinialising is not a highlighted option on this menu either.

I did get the "omgjbox" error at one point but I've tried that many things I'm not sure what is happening anymore. Really NOT happy, brand new player and can't even use it.

Would really appreciate it if anyone can help me.
