I recently purchased a used Sony NW-HD5 off e-bay, I did my homework, and this thing seemed to be the best thing out there, and being used to the sony software that everyone complains about, I was more than excited to get this unit. Unfortunately though it seems to have some serious issues.... the seller agreed to take it back for a refund, but stupidly enough I want to keep it... so here goes.. I can only load on 0.6Gb of music onto the player before it throws a Code #32 and locks itself up, then I need to R&R the battery to get it to come back to life. Sounds like a hard drive problem to me... not sure though. I have the most recent of software on my computer, and firmware on the player as well. Where do I find a replacement HD for this player, and how can I be sure that this is the problem? Am I stupid to want to keep it? Opinions and advice are more than welcome!! Thanks in advance!
