I've got a sony NW-e005 MP3 player and it came with sonic stage.
Everything was fine on the first install. I've had to rebuild the whole Comp due to a virus and now I can't get it to transfer from my library onto the deveice.
I get the following errur msg
Cannot convert the specified track.
Possible reasons may include:
- The track (files) cannot be found. - they're all in the library and I can play them
- SonicStage does not support the file format of the track. - its in their own format, all icons are for sonicstage
- The track is copyright protected. - I don't think this is the case
Trying to convert all the music files again comes up with - all files converted already
