Question

Hi everyone,

I'm using Sony NW-HD3 and recently I tried to import tracks from the device back to the pc via program which is called GYM, unfortunately the program crashed and now the device don't work.

In order to manage the device in the pc there is a program which is called SonicStage, the program doesn't recognize the the device. However the device still list 18 GB of data which means that songs were not deleted. Is there a way to revive the player/program without formatting the device?

Thanks in advance,

Oren.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Anyway, I manged to edit via the windows explorer the directory and now the player plays all the tracks and run great, I did it without formatting the device, However, the sonicstage program doesn't detect the device, it says there is a problem with the connection, is there a way to solve it or to backup the tracks and then format the device?

Thanks in advance,

Oren.
