Guest Anonymous
I have a MX-R70 and it works fine when i record from spdif on a cd player and makes tracks. When i record form computer it starts directly when i push the sync rec button, and it dosent create tracks, just one long track. Mystyler
That happens to a lot of users while recording digitally from PC, so it isn't your equipment. Why this happens I don't know - the sound card is probably sending a continuous signal to the MD even while music isn't playing, unlike CD players. Guest Anonymous
Had this problem myself, but i downloaded a freeware program which allows you to insert a 2 second gap between each track and then the MD picks this up MP3 2 MD hope this helps
Devilbunny
Are you recording streamed net radio sites? Those won't break into tracks. You shouldn't be generating a signal for the sync unless you're playing something. You might try using the sound card properties to kill off non-WAV outputs.
