I'm certain I answered a question like this.. Did you post at the T-Station?

1. Japan is 100v, 50/60Hz. It will work, but you risk cooking a) your unit, cool.gif your battery. Get an adapter. It's worth it.

2. Under warranty, no. I assume you mean in Canada. Check your importers returns/warranty conditions before you buy it. It will have a domestic Japanese warranty, 1 year parts, 3 months labour.

3. No. Well, most of the manual is in Japanese. There is a brief english section at the back, but it is very brief, and will probably refer to diagrams in the Japanese section.
