Guest Anonymous
My friend made a mini-disc for me with his Sony MZN 505S MD so that I wouldn't have to wait for 5 hours with real time recording. However, when i try to edit this disc with me Sony MZ-R500 MD it says all the tracks and even the whole disc itself is protected. However, the physical disc protection is turned off so I was wondering what could be wrong and how I could fix this so I can edit this disc. Any advice would be great. me
Lovely track protection at work. Impossible to edit, sorry. That's what happens with NetMD.
Ziggy
tell your friend to use the nero/simple burner method (link here) If you use this method, you can edit tracks freely with no hassle in the future http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t...&highlight=nero If you want to erase, use your friends open mg and "check in" the song. in that way you can remove the song from your disc. Mystyler
Or if you can get hold of an older MD recorder (non-MDLP), they can edit TrProtected tracks (ie, NetMD tracks).
