I have owned a Sony MZ-N707 for about a month now, and i have not had trouble with the software. but today, while checking out songs, the MD unit got stuck on "TOC EDIT" so i unplugged it, stupid move, cos now whenever i try to copy music to an MD it comes up with a message window that says "Detected errors while transferring: Failed to exchange encription key" i tried re-installing OMG but still the same sad.gif so i cant copy any music and i'm real worried. can somebody PLEEEASE help me? how can i fix this?

Do you have this problem now with all Minidiscs you insert in your MZ-N707? I think it makes more sense that you have screwed up one minidisc by unplugging it while writing the TOC.

whoa nelly. Can your 707 still playback discs? I think what was happening when it got "stuck" on a toc edit is it was actually defragmenting your minidisc. Or at least I had that happen to me before and my disc seemed like it had been defragmented...can your md still record from other sources? You might need to delete all the songs from the program (but not your hard drive) and then re-import/register them in the database. damn sony for making shitty programs.
