Guest Anonymous
Hi. I think I should mention that I am not necissaraly a newbie, but I'm clueless when it comes to tech stuff  . I recently got a Sharp MT770 (from japan so the book wasn't much help), and it worked beautifully for a while, but then it dropped, but not hard, or on floor or anything, just on carpet, and now whenever I try to put any MD in it it dosn't work. The disc goes in and everything but, all that happens is on the remote it says TOC READ for a while then it says briefly can'Ta. Could someone at least tell me what can'Ta stands for, and if you could tell me how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated. :?: Thank You
Guest Anonymous
I solved my own problem. I had already cleaned the lens and it still read can'Ta, but I decided what the hell, so I cleaned it again, but this time it worked and now it's pefectly fine. I'm not quite sure how this happened but I'm happy. I'm sorry if I caused anyone any inconveniance.
