Guest Anonymous
Imagine you go on a trip for 3 monthes, there is no way (unless money is no problem for you), you can take picture with a digital camera for that long. also, you probably took your MD with you. Your MD is a portable mass storage unit, why can't you make it work ? Obviously, Sony can do it: Make it simple, only sony-to-sony compatible. a media that hold pictures will not be able to hold music too. you will be able to backup all the content of the memorystick, or you will be able to restore a full memorystick. At home, only download from MD is possible, this way it will NOT be data MD. It seems to be so easy, and the NetMD devices already comes with a usb port. what do you think ? highlandsun
Yah, would be great. Of course the DCM1 camcorder can take 4500 still shots on a single MD2, so this idea already exists, really.
