Could anybody who's ordered product from them in the past post your experiences whether good or bad (why it was bad) and if you would use them again? dkny_boi Posted April 3, 2003 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2003 I hope so as well... the incident here, I got my shipment but there is something very wrong, so I am very much hoping that it was an honest mistake on their part. I've had excellent customer service from them before too, anything that I asked, was replied promptly. I emailed them earlier this afternoon about my problem and am still awaiting a reply.
