Download own recorded files from Sony NetMD Walkman to PC

Hey there,

just bought a new sony walkman, but when i try to download own recorded audio-files to the pc it says that the songs can not be checked in. However, when i upload songs from the pc to the minidisc and back there is no problem.

So i would be pleased if anyone could tell me what the problem is,

It's not a bug, it's a feature! :wink: :oops: :cry: :cry:

Well, you could only use analogue (and "realtime") recording to the PC. You can use all recording apps available. My app "win nmd" makes it a little bit easier, because you get at least individual songs from MD with the title.

We all wait for the next generation of MD, which is not crippled down or perhaps I change at one time to another Music Player / Recorder, that is more Computer like. But MD at the moment still pleases me. So do not be too disappointed. That thing still sounds great and makes good recordings, it is just a little bit more time to get it to PC.
