When my MZ-R700DPC broke, I harassed Sony on the phone for a while before they eventually gave up and fixed it. It was way out of warranty, but I lied and told them different. For the last 5 years I've trusted Panasonic but their NetMD are only available in Japan and are to expensive. So how did yours break? My friend and others had dropped it over the course of a year and it started making odd noises when I played MD's.
