Guest Anonymous
My MZN1 appears to have developed some kind of recording problem. The tracks seem to transfer from Open MG to the disc, but don't seem to then write properly. The tracks won't play and ejecting or powering off wipes the disc, even though the tracks (in theory) should be written to the disc. Any ideas? drew_
after transferring the files, does the unit do a toc edit or data save? if it doesn't go either of these, you won't get any music on the disc.
Guest Anonymous
Records at per normal, does the TOC bit etc. When you come to play the track then either nothing happens or if the track does play then there's no sound. As soon as you eject then re-insert the disc it reads it as a blank disc. ??????
Guest Anonymous
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! i use my nz-n1 for recording my band live. it used to work fine, but now after i stop the record function, it does the data save/tos thing- and nothing records. if i try playback, is plays a few seconds into the "track" and gets stuck- with no sound, of course. if i pop the disc out and re-insert it, i get a blankdisc message. and now even if i pop in an older disc with a show on it, it reads blankdisc as well. what the hell is going on? i've got a show friday and i really want to record it!!!
