Guest Anonymous Posted May 30, 2003 Report Share Posted May 30, 2003 When it came time for me to shop around for a set of mics to go with my sharp MD I came to this message board as saw that some people had good things to say about stealth audio. well this must not be the same person i have been dealing with. I sent an order in to stealth audio through paypal back in the beginning of April. I was in contact with Scott who i am assuming is the owner and he told me that it would take about two weeks for a package to reach me here in NJ. I was ok with that because I was not in a rush to get my mics. About a MONTH after my payment there was still no package. I email Scott back and he said that my package must have gotten lost in the mail and that he would send out another one to me within the week. Well that was at the beginning of May and i have yet to receive anything. I sent one final email to Scott at the beginning of this week asking him to send me my mics through a trackable source such as UPS or FEDEX. I gave him about 2 days to respond to me before i would file a fraud claim with pay pal and my credit card company. Today after not recieveing an email i went ahead with my plan. The final part of my plan was to make sure that no one else would have to go through the trouble of dealing with this dishonest e-merchant. so i guess the moral of my story is: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH STEALTH AUDIO! Guest Anonymous Posted July 11, 2003 Report Share Posted July 11, 2003 I did receive my mics and battery box but the first time i tried to use this setup the battery box broke. i have not gotten a chance to hear the mics through the powered input on my MD.
