Guest Anonymous
Hi there, I've got a serious problem with my MD walkman. I used it to edit my personal records (which are mostly mixed songs from different CDs). I just deleted/moved etc. the songs at the time I was listening to them. My problem is that, since a couple of months, it has started to delete all my discs. If I edit the disc (i.e. move a song, add a title, etc.), as soon as I press the stop button and it starts with the update of the TOC, the next message of the MD is "Blank disc" and I loose all my records. Does anyone have any idea about what can be going on?? Should I forget about keeping on using it for editing my records?? Thanks a lot in advance for any answer. A desperate MDer
me
It's record head may be defective, in which case.. repair is the only option. Yes, stop using it for editing discs.. My friend had this problem and out of warranty it cost NZ$90 to repair, so you might be in luck and it won't cost a lot to fix.
