Guest Anonymous
I currently have a Sony MZN1, and my hi-fi has a mini-disc player but does not support LP. Therefore I was wondering what equipment I need to connect my MZN1 to my hi-fi so I can play the LP music. Any help will be appreciated. Guest Anonymous
I'm assuming your hi-fi has an aux input. All you will need is a 1/8" to RCA connector cable, you can get them at Radio Shack, or any electronics supply house. You connect the 1/8 end to your headphone jack, set volume about mid or slightly lower level, and the rca jacks to your aux jacks, right is usually red, turn your hi-fi to aux hit play on you MD and music to your ears. porio
Instead of adjusting volume, set the audio-out in the portable to 'line' instead of 'phone'. That will give the appropiate volume for your hi-fi's line in. Also, all the sound processing will be done in the hi-fi.
