I think i'll buy a md because hd mp3 players are bulky and expensive and md is much more cooler with remote and everything, i am going to buy from hong kong and im not thinking of spending more than 240 dolar which means about n10 n910 like in hong kong, i dont know much bout the palyer but what about that new n810 it looks cool, doesnt have an lcd on unit tho, i want computer free recording too and im going to use lp2 recording, i dont think fm is really necessary, there is a few channels that i listen to here and they dont have good transmitters, can someone help me, i'll go shopping on the end of july

I dunnow. All the Sony portables are about the same on the inside. Buy the one which has the features you need. There's no standout.

If you want to record concerts, buy a Sharp.

the n707 is a rock solid player that can be easily hacked, unfortunatly if you live in the us or canada it comes with a crap remote. Um.. the mz-n10 is wonderful. Its expensive though. I recommend the n10 if you wanna plunk down the extra bucks, but other then burning quicker and battery life, there is nothing significantly different. It does have a better remote and type-s dsp. I don't really know what the big deal is with type s, but it sounds cool. I'm buyin one when i get the money, for now i'll enjoy my hacked n-707.
