Guest Anonymous
I'm sure this may have been asked here before, but I looked and could not find it. When I try to record audio from a DVD (movie or game) from my PS2 optical out, I get a din unlock. (c71) I know this is because all DVD's are copy protected. Is there anyway that I can somehow bypass this?
Guest Anonymous
Sure. Rip the DVD movie to your computer, demux the AC3 audio; and use NetMD to record it, or downsample/decode the AC3 audio to stereo WAV's, and burn them to a CD and use optical recording from your CD player to record on your MD. Guest Anonymous
Thanks. That will work great for the DVD movies, but getting DVD video game music is more of a problem.
Bananatree
Purchasing a SCMS managment system should filter out the SCMS and allow you to record the audio.
