I am going to copy my live recording to my computer.

I have three options i figure; which is best?

1 miniplug from Md headphone jack to miniplug into line in on soundcard?

2 miniplug from Md headphone to l/r rca jack into line in on soundcard?

3 miniplug from Md headphone to optical input on soundcard?

anyone?
