MZ-707:OMG says the external device can't transfer... help?

I don't know what went wrong - tried transfering songs with OMG, but a little window pops up and says that 'required operation is not supported by external device/media.'

I've tried cleaning the USB cable, sticking the AC adaptor in, checking with other disks... does anyone know a solution? Or do I need to send it out to get repaired?

Any help would be very appreciated. biggrin.gif
