MZ-N10, PC doesn't recognize MD

Ok, the problem is that my PC doesn't recognize my MZ-N10 nowadays. I've read about this same problem from other topics, but still not getting the answer if it's a hardware or software. Before when i plugged the md in, it started sonicstage automatically and the PC>>MD appeared on the screen, but now nothing happens. But the weirdest thing is that when i take the usb cord off from the md, it starts flashing that PC>>MD even when it's not plugged in to anything!!

I hope it's not hardware, cuz then i should go back to china to change it because the warranty doesn't work in here. And yes, i've reinstalled all the drivers. My best idea is, that the usb cable could be broken. but if anyone has had this same thing and got it fixed, pleeeeease tell me what's the solution!

You Chinese too? Maybe you installed the Sony Music Device Drive for RealOne Player and SonicStage in one time, when I did this, the SonicStage can't recognize my NetMD.

Then I uninstalled the whole RealOne, the problem doesn't exist...

你是留学生么？可能你装载了RealOne的SONY音乐设备插件，它和SonicStage不兼容。我同时装载了这两个软件以后导致SonicStage无法识别NetMD设备，后来卸载了RealOne才解决问题。
