Guest Anonymous Posted October 6, 2003 Report Share Posted October 6, 2003 i got a replacement mzn10 unit because my first one gave it up connecting to my laptop after 1 day. no this one worked almost for two weeks. almost the same problem: sometimes it sees the pc thru usb, sometimes it doesnt. has anyone found the answer for this usb connection problem? i spoke one hour with sony customer service but they suck!!! it seems to me that this machine has serious design or quality problems. anyway, if there is someone who had a sustainable solution for the usb problem, PLEASE give back my hope!!! i don't want to send my unit back again to the shop without any guarantee that it'll work properly. thank Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
