Well, i am quazi new to the mini disc thing, but the concept and all seems fairly simple. I have a very extensive back ground which makes this so hilarious! I left it on the table over night (MZ-NE410 MDLP) and today i picked it up and i hit play nothing happens, hold is off.. disc in battery good... so i put on the head phones and discovered when i eject the disc sometime it will beep.. its kind of random however... meaning it doesnt beep every time i eject. This is obviously not a common problem seeing how i have searched the whole internet for an answer. its still under warranty, heck, ive only had it a week! What would be a better mini disc player than this close to the same price range? i want something to do live recordings... i hate being glued to the computer like this otherwise i would have a MP3 player... Downloading mp3's is horrible on a 26k connection.. that and ill most likely go to jail... lol

Thank you whoever can answer this..

Going nuts,

Paul

yes, i will definately check into that. meanwhie i got a warranty on this thing and im about to send it back, do you think there is a way i could use my current MD to deduct from the cost of the above mentioned? that and what the hell is wrong with my beeping minidisc player with no display or spinning disc... just door close... beep... open.... beep... lifeless other than that....

thanks guy

now i have a display on this thing... i am beginning to wonder if someone did not drop in water while i was gone from the house yester day because it is like its gaining its functions back slowly. before where it was just a beep now i have a beep and a display that flashes "Error" with the battery bar in the top right corner as usual. When i connect it to my PC it beeps the same way but my system and the player acknowledge the connection... still no disc or lense movement however
