The bracket provides optical input/output which I would like to use to record my mp3s to my MZ-N1 recorder. However the output of Sound Blaster Live is fixed at 48 kHz and "the recording operation to external mini-disc or DAT devices supporting 44.1KHz depends on the device being able to do sample rate conversion" (quote from manufacturer's site - http://www.audiencedp.com/sbdb3.htm). Can a MZ-N1 unit convert the input sound' sample rate (so the question is if it can do SRC) ?
