Guest Anonymous Posted January 25, 2004 Report Share Posted January 25, 2004 Own a SONY MSD-S50, but can´t make the Automatic Track Numbering to work. I am now recording CDs from a Philips DVD through an optical cable. The CDs have long gaps between songs, which are not noisy. According to the manual, "the deck marks a track number whenever the input signal drops to -50db". I have tried going as down as -72, then going "up" to -30 or so.
