For music, it'd basically have to be made by Sony, as they did include a MD drive in a Vaio desktop and a laptop as well. Kenwood has a MD PC drive that fits in the standard 5.25" space in a computer, but apparently drivers for that are nonexistant and it is seemingly a fruitless endeavor.
