When i record a track, the program (jukebox) says that everything is ok and the track is transfered, but when i try to play it, it won't start. For the while, my walkman sees the name of the track and displays it, but when it turns off and i want to play it again it shows me that my disc is blank! My walkan reads the tracks perfecly (like it shoud), but now it's unable to write any of them and that's my problem:(

I think that it has to be something with recording header, cause i had problems with it before (once i saw it a little bit bended and i had to straighten it manually. I've noticed that the very end of it was broken (but it seemed to me that it was just a piece of metal that was not important so i glued it back. Since i did it i can't record any track on my md. Actually i can, but i can't play it as i said at the begining.

Yes you were right that the recording magnetic head is the problem, open the case and see if it touches close enogh to the MD Disc, another the wire tape might alerady be broken, sometimes the symptom for a broken tape (butnot cut yet) is that it can record up to 1 to 4 tracks then cannot record at the remaining because at the outer tracks the tapes were already straight and the wire tape is already not in contact with each other, my MD has this problem also, what I did was replace the wire tape with a soft wire cables with small diameters, you can also use shielded magnetic wire which can be salvaged from transformers.
