bugzb
I am a talk show junkie and I want to record AM radio shows that are about 4 hours in length. I want it to start recording at a preset time (latenite). I also want to be able to keep some shows. I would also like it to have the AM/FM tuner included. If not, it needs to be able to record from a radio. I also want to play the recordings in my car (car kit). The product nearest to these needs is the "POGO" "Radio Your Way". Being new to these "New" recorders, I am requesting help from your community. I wished the Sony MZ-N707 had a timer! What do you suggest? I dont want to buy a rack MD player/recorder
Christopher
Welcome to the forums. Unfortunately, Minidisc portable recorders cannot be set to record at specific times each day. What I recommend is a small bookshelf with MDLP capability [with am/fm, timed recording, etc] and a portable player-only unit [for portability, of course]. squaredcircle
You could skip the MD and just use your computer if the radio stations have internet streams. Stationripper automatically records Web radio. Freeware. http://www.ratajik.com/stationripper/download.htm
