MNBootLegger
Howdy, I've had a Sharp MT877 for a couple years now, and have recently run into some issues with it. The last couple times I've used it, including last night, while recording a show, it decides to turn off when it feels like it. The first time it happened, it stopped recording after 45 minutes, then after being restarted, stopped after 30, then again after 15 minutes. Last night, it recorded for 45 minutes again before shutting down, and I missed about half the show I was recording. Now I know that overused/charged batteries can affect cell phones, so I'm wondering if this is something as simple as a battery issue. Last night, though, I did have the "external" battery connected (a double-a in the holder) and it still failed. Any ideas, thoughts, or similar experiences and advice would be appreciated!
