iainmcr
Hope someone can help me...I'm new to MD bought my kids MD players one has N510 and the other N710, I'm unable to record using SonicStage v2, continually getting error messages "an error has occured while preparing to record the CD, please try again" I'm also unable to transfer from my library to the MD player. I can record to hard drive using windows media player so don't reckon it's a hardware problem. Any suggestions? Iain
Christopher
Welcome. This is a software issue, so this topic shall reside in the NetMD-related forums. I'm not exactly sure of what the issue is, yet, but we can start with an uninstallation first. Please refer to the NetMD faq found within the NetMD forum for directions on how to uninstall the program completely. Reinstall, reboot, and try again. Christopher
You don't need to have Sonicstage 1.5 to be installed first. Uninstall it completely via the directions found in the NetMD FAQ [registry edits and all], and then download Sonicstage 2 here: http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=4210
