djorkboy
My first post here, hopefully I can help some others one day but right now I need help... I have just installed SS 2.0 on a fresh XP install (no other versions of SS or MD drivers have been installed). Do I need to install any drivers or will SS 2.0 take care of that for me? When I plug my MZN-10 in the device is recognised and I can see the tracks on the disk. If I try to transfer it to the MD it gets to 95% and then the error "failed to authenticate device/media" comes up. At this point the MD 'disconnects' (I get the standard windows USB disconnect noise) and after a few seconds 'reconnects' by itself. I am not able to transfer anything to MD. Help. Christopher
Are you still having this issue? If so, try things on a different computer.
