Strngboy Posted May 29, 2004 Report Share Posted May 29, 2004 When I am using SonicStage v2.006, Connect continually tells me that it will only work with SonicStage. I am using SonicStage and can only search the connect database but cannot view my cart after I have selected a song and cannot purchase any music. I can connect to Connect through the SonicStage browser, but cannot purchase any songs. It tells me "Connect only works with SonicStage" despite already using sonic stage v2.0, the latest version . I forgot to mention that the message, "Connect only works with Sonic Stage," occurs only after Connect does a systems check in my Sonic Stage browser. It, thus, does not detect the sonic stage software installed on my computer, and therefore, does not allow me to register, log-in, view cart, or any other such commands. Thank you for your help . Christopher Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 Try uninstalling [via the directions in the NetMD faq in this forum], and then reinstalling the offical client off the connect.com site.
