Real Player 10 Issues

OK, I know this is a minidisc forum, but I am trying to get Real Player up and running so I can try/perhaps switch over to it's way of doing things instead of Sony's software.

I have an issue with it that so far the people at Real Player are unable to solve. I can get it to install, I can get it to "register" with Real Player, but after that everytime I try and run it it says this:

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive DeviceHarddisk1DR2

And then it crashes. And creates an error log, where it puts said error log is beyond me. The directory structure DeviceHarddisk1...I can't figure out where thats coming from...

I've tried cleaning my registry with some apps. I've created a whole new profile to install/run it under. Its a pain...I'd really hate to have to reinstall windows because of this.

I have managed to get older versions of real players to work, but they all kinda say the same message. But RP8 was able to still work. To top it all off, this isn't the first program I've had trouble with that encountered the same error. What version of RP do you need to get the plugin for an MD player...? Does anyone know? Thanks for the help!

Well I got R1 Player V2 to work without a hitch! Awesome.

I just wish I knew what was up with Real Player 10...oh well.

It was probably just introduced for the new Rhapsody, largely like the newest MM JB. I like how Real Player does things, tho. I hope the Hi-MD stuff will be able to benefit from it...
