For references, please look here at head-fi, minidisct, and eBay. Thanks! Up for sale is the highly-regarded Sony MDR-D77 eggo. Introduced in 1993, discontinued along with the D11, D33, and D55 in 1996. A search on Head-Fi (if the search function is available) will lend you the information necessary. These phones are in good condition. Sonically excellent condition, cosmetically 70%-80%. The ear cups have minor scratching and the ear adjusters have a few scratches as well. These phones do NOT come with the circular zipper pouch (although it is available from the DAPC, but the bag really isn't worth it). The only items included are the headphones, LP cable, and 1/4th screw-on adapter that attaches directly to the LP cable. The only thing wrong with these headphones is that the cable works 99% of the time, and only cuts out if the cable is twisted in a certain direction at the jack. However, both the LP (3.5mm -> MP) & SP (MP -> MP) are available from the Sony DAPC. Just type in MDR-D77 in the model number and the parts are listed. The cheaper of the two is the LP, and the more expensive is the SP.
