maotar
I upgraded my os recently from win98 to xp and when i installed sonic stage 1.5 tried to open it i recieved a error message that my database is corrupt or missing and then it fails to create a new one and the program is terminated, i googled around and found a threath on this forum posted by someone who had the same problem, i read the solution that someone posted and so i read the Netmd faq , followed all the instructions and installed sonic stage 2.0 only to be faced with the same problem. i installed the program at a friends house (he uses windows 2000) and had no problem at all !!! This seams to be a minor bug in either the installation or the program itself, why was sony not able to fix this going from 1.5 to version 2.0 ! Maybe sony should let someone from sonic foundry look at sonic stage ! (lol) Someone PLEASE HELP ! Grtz maotar :wacky:
Christopher
Hi.. Please uninstall via the directions in the NetMD faq and then install Sonicstage 2 from connect.com only.
