tavatimsa
Hi Everyone, Will the Nero and Simple Burner method of writing to Net MDs work on Macs? If not, is there a different method for Macs which does the same job (i.e avoiding the restrictions) Thanks, Tava
iceeedtea
[Read this first] NetMD software FAQ I use a Macintosh, how can I record to my NetMD unit? It has been reported that NetMD works properly under VirtualPC when installed in OS9 [not "classic" mode]. Otherwise, you will need to copy to your unit in real time by utilizing a digital or analogue output on your Macintosh's soundcard.
tavatimsa
thanks iceeedtea, but i'm not sure that really answers my question. the standard Net MD software may work, but will the Nero and Simple burner method?? i know that i could simply record the audio via the standard inputs to the MD, but it is the system of writing an entire disc at greater speed and with track names that i need. anyone? Christopher
Welcome to the forums. Essentially, iceeedtea has answered your question. It has been reported that you cannot have high speed transfer unless you utilize Sonicstage 2 and OS9. Nero and Simple Burner will not work unless your probably using OS9 as well. Writing an entire disc at greater speed is not possible with OS X. I recommend you search a bit and you'll find the answers you need.
