Some lower quality ISPs have problems resolving the addresses of internet sites, or have problems transporting certain filetypes.

The hosts - file allows you to enter names and IP-Addresses of often used files and internal servers.

it is found here in WinXP:

C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetc

Normally it is empty except for an example.

But I say, try that link, there are a few more mirrors if it doesn't work:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/audacit....1.exe?download

I checked the etc file and there are these things in it, hosts--imhosts--networks--protocol--services. When I click on host I get a message that windows can't open it because it doesn't know what created it....

I will try the other link...

PS I am also trying to access through my PC and it won't work there either?????????
