dex Otaku
It's working fine for me. What version of Windoze are you using?

dex Otaku
I'm not sure what to suggest. Do you have other USB devices than the Hi-MD plugged in? If so, try unplugging them - process of elimination should determine whether one of them is interfering. It also might be background-running software [such as a system tray tool or service] for another USB device that is the problem. Another quick suggestion is to just unplug and plug-in the USB cord to the Hi-MD while SS is open to see if it changes anything. I'd give more tech help here but I have to go fold and staple 250 programs for the folkfest here. Work work work! Cheers
Christopher
If all else fails you may want to uninstall the software via the directions in the NetMD faq. After that, you can try installing a fresh copy of Sonicstage from Connect, or your cd.
jadeclaw
@Sonshin: Is it possible, that you formatted the disc in the Windows explorer? I did, and my NH700 didn't liked it. 'Format error' in the display was the result. Try this: Disconnect the recorder, select the recorders menu, scroll down to options, select Discmode, in that select Hi-MD, confirm. Next, into the menu again, select Edit, select Format, select Yes, confirm. Remember, you lose all data on the disc. Another point, if an Explorer window is open in the background, Windows often reacts icky, when another program wants to access the disc. Closing that window and repeating the operation usually ends it
