Hello

I´ve been using my NetMD (CMT-M333NT Micro Hi-Fi) but the damn proggie has that stupid limitation that only enables me to transfer each music onto a MD 3 times...after that is is blocked

How can i solve this, since i´m tired of getting my cd´s and rip the music again and again

EDIT: Where to get SS2.0 since connet service is not availible in PT sad.gif

I´ve tried using Net MD simple burner 2.0 but the proggy stalls all the time sad.gif is there any problem on having SS1.5 and Net MD simple burner installed (one running the other not)

Thanks

If you still have the music imported to SonicStage in some other audio format (i.e. wav, mp3, etc.) you can delete the OpenMG protected files and re-import the music again with a fresh 3 transfers.

Conversely, install SonicStage 2.1. Connect.com should work from any country. >.>; It's just a website.

Pretend you don't live in Portugal. xD

The Country field on most websites with downloads is [generally] to link you to the closest (and supposedly) fastest server for the file, but you should be able to download from servers in the US or Canada or the UK without problem.

In SonicStage 1.5, enter your Music Drive and you can delete songs from the playlist. It will bring up a dialog box asking you if you want to merely remove the music from the list, or delete the song from your PC. Deleting it from your PC only affects the .OMG file, not your MP3s.

However, if you directly ripped your music to SonicStage, this is not the case.

I suggest updating to SS2.1 if at all possible.

Managed to upgrade from SS1.5 to 2.0 and then to 2.1 using those links...

but what i really wanted was to get the SS2.1 on CD or something....if i have to install all this stuff again..i´ll go mad biggrin.gif

I´m testing SS2.1 TWO DOUBTS biggrin.gif

Can it handle VBR MP3?

Why cant i manage the type of MD recording, i mean , it either records on SP or LP4 but no LP2 sad.gif

so in order to use VBR MP3 i will have to use the Simple Burner + NERO method right??

Yes.

That damn method likes to EAT HDD Space as hell biggrin.gif:D:D (the images ar HUGE)

They are around the size of your average CD, between 650-700mb, depending on how many tracks you added to the list.

Sony should have made SS2.1 workable with VBR MP3, OGG and MPC....at the leat sad.gif

There's some legal stuff here that is pretty fuzzy to me, but it's causing Sony to have all these self-imposed restrictions. I don't know if they're afraid for a reason, or they're just being overzealous in their attempt to curtail the piracy of intellectual property.

Probably both. :whatever:
