Christopher
Please refer to the NetMD faq found in this forum, specifically the re-install directions. Welcome, and good luck!

Christopher
So you uninstalled everything, did the registry edits and all and installed a fresh copy from connect.com and you still recieved the same error? Are you sure?

Christopher
I would suggest uninstalling everything again as per the directions and then installing via the online update. If that doesn't work, then I dunno.
gbrooks3
ok, thankyou. by the way just looking through your instuctions again i see it tells u to plug the device in before you run the program, could this cause the error message i get? Christopher
Possibly, but I doubt it because it seems like Windows can't even find the program at all. Did you try opening the program from the directory from where it's located?
gbrooks3
yeh, i looked at the location in the desktop shortcut and it was omgbox or something like that located in the program files, when i opened it it starts to run but i get the same error?????? Christopher
When you did the format, you went straight to connect.com and downloaded Sonicstage 2.1 and that's it, or what did you do before that?
