Hi, I've found that artists, on the NW-A3000 are Upper and Lower case sensitive. So check if your artist is spelled exactly the same way. The NW-A3000 will see Joe S and joe S as two different artists. Also, mind the use of the space tab. Adding an extra space behind the artist, will lead your NW-A3000 and SS to think that there are once again two different artist. This is very annoying, but what can we do? Hope I helped, Doghater2
