I have the same problem when I try to import THAI music to the library in the format type in library shown up "UNKNOWN FORMAT" but all files imported they're .mp3 and i can not transfer to my device.What should i do?

i have the same problem i use window vista beta 2 and i cannot install tuneup because it's not supported . How can i fix this problem without tuneup? please help me
