  1. I just reinstalled Sonic Stage. When I try to open the program, I get the following message: "Cannot find OpenMG Secure Module. Exiting SonicStage." There are also some pop-ups. One of them says the following: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'OpenMG Secure Module.msi' in the box below." What do I do? Thanks for any help!
  2. Thanks a lot DSP! It worked. I wish I could have found this site sooner instead of dealing with sony customer support. They were unhelpful and didn't listen to me.
  3. I get the following message every time I plug my brand new mp3 player into my computer while Sonic Stage is running: "Omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This problem started last night. I was transferring songs to my mp3 player with no problem. Then, all of a sudden, this error message popped up and shut down Sonic Stage. Sonic Stage works fine until I plug this E002F mp3 player in. I know the problem is with this player, because I have a sony bean also and it works fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sonic Stage. I also tried pushing the reset button on the player but that doesn't seem to do anything. Please help. I tried to contact sony but they keep directing me to web pages about security updates. Is it possible that I have a corrupted file on my mp3 player? If so, is there some way to delete what is on my player without using Sonic Stage? Thanks for any help!
