I just got the NW-E003F. I tried to install the Sonic Stage software that it came with but I keep getting an error message saying 'Install Path not Specified (21009)'. I tried downloading the software from the Sony website but the same error message keeps popping up. I have the the requirements specified. Can somebody please offer me a solution?

I just got the NW-E003F. I tried to download the Sonic Stage software and an error message keeps popping up saying 'Install Path not specified (21009)'. I tried to download it off the Sony website and the same message keeps popping up. I have literaly tried everything! I meet all the requirements so I don't know what is going on. Somebody please help provide me with a solution!!
