I know this isn't a Lenovo forum. But anyone use this site?

anyone here that knows anything about Vaio and Bios

Just installed windows 7 on a Viao VGN-FZ240E with BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD R1120J7 07/04/2007.Does Sony update their Bios? I usually run Lenovo ThinkPad’s and the have come out with a couple of Bio updates since date of manufacture. I haven’t found them in support for this laptop.
