    Sorry, but this does not work for me. It downloads OK but then just hangs there, frozen, no response at all. I have to "kill" computer & restart. XP Windows 7.

    Hi, I know this has been covered before, but it's just started with me. I have two MP3 players, NW A1000 & a NW HD1 & have been using them on Sonicstage for years, no problem. Now all I get is "Cable between device & computer is unstable" when I connect device to Sonicstage. I have tried following instructions & have deleted all my files on devices, but still same. Help, plz.
