i have a Sony VA10 vgn-ns10L laptop running windows 7 ultimate. My inbuilt webcam stopped working. The camera shows up in device manager and reads: this device is working. But I have noticed further down that in "other devices" it shows "base system device is yellowed " which implies a problem. Does this problem relate to the camera not working. I am confused! Any help out there please?
