    I found this thread because of the manual for MD-133 (no way was I going to fork up the $50 on Amazon -- or anything close to that) and I'm super grateful for the manual. But the thread has otherwise been very helpful. From almost a year ago, but but in 2019, it is nice to see active MD users from 2018! Thank you!
